A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE CRYPT - by Silverwolf

This is a room dedicated to the introduction and continuing ongoing roleplaying of the Storyteller Game system by White Wolf Game Studio.

Players may roleplay any of the Camarilla Clans, any of the Garou, or Tradition Mages in this World of Darkness setting.

Prince - Johnathan Mcdonald, Toreador Elder (NPC)

The overseer of a city, one who holds mastery of a city. The Prince claims the right of Domain over a city, and is its lawmaker and judge. He enforces the Masquerade, and is the final arbiter of disputes between Kindred. He has the right to call a blood hunt.

Advisor - Linda Mcdonald, Toreador (NPC)

The Prince's regent or second-in-command. She advises the Prince, and will also make decisions and issue orders on the Prince's behalf if they are unavailible. However, these decisions may ultimately be reversed or overruled by the Prince.

Justicar - Kindred that hold the power to punish transgressions of the Traditions, and the ultimate authorities in the Camarilla. All Camarilla are subject to their authority, excepting the members of the Inner Circle. Justicars are not subject to the Tradition of Domain. A Prince may not banish them, and the Justicar is not required to present herself to a Prince when she enters her domain. As Chief enforcers of the Traditions, they can overrule any Prince Justicar - Silverwolf, Gangrel Elder/Lead Storyteller Justicar - Akira (Head Justicar)

Sheriff - Silverwolf Enforces the Princes' laws and the Traditions as well as the edicts of the Prince. Because of the importance of these duties, the Sheriff has the authority to request that any kindred accompany her/him for questioning and judgement, and as a result, is immune to the powers of the Keeper of the Elysium.

Primogen Council - A council consisting of Primogens of each of the clans

Primogen - A member of the Primogen Council, usually a Clan Elder. Not as powerful as the Prince, these Kindred are influential in their own right. They check the Princes power's and relay the interests of their Clan to the Prince and and the Princes wishes back to the Clan

Camarilla - A sect of vampires and a worldwide organization.

Inner Circle - World leaders of the vampires. A group of vampires that rule the Camarilla, consisting of one representative from each of the Clans of the Sect. In masquerade there are several clans, or bloodlines, of vampires.

Brujah A clan of rebels and free-thinkers Usually tougher than other vampires.

Gangrel They have the ability to associate with animals. They are shapeshifters who have can transform their bodies to animals, usually bats and wolves

Malkavian Usually perceived to be certifiably insane and often posses uncanny vision and wisdom.

Nosferatu the Embrace transforms them into hideous monsters

Toreador The artists of the vampire clans, highly sociable and charming. Many Toreadors were artists, musicians or poets in life.

Tremere A clan of manipulative warlocks and wizards

Ventrue The politicians and administrators. They come from the wealthy and upper-crust of society and are the Lords of the Camarilla.
